Click Here to update your password.

If you are still unable to log in with your new password, please reset the device.

After resetting the device, make sure that your typing in the correct M3U URL format for your device. Each device/app has a different format.

Visit Setup Guides and select your device for step-by-step guides to double check your typing in the correct information for your device.

If the problem persists, open up a support ticket.
IMPORTANT: Must send a screenshot of the full M3U URL you typed. Be sure to let us know what device (LGTV, Firestick, iPad, Android Box, etc.) you are using and apps you are using in order for us to help you as quickly as possible.
